Welcome to Used Ford Spares Ltd. By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About Us
Used Ford Spares Ltd is a UK-based Ford breaker supplying quality used Ford parts nationwide. For more information, please visit our About Us page or contact us directly.
2. Orders & Availability
All parts are subject to availability. As we supply used Ford parts, stock levels may change quickly. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders if a part is no longer available.
To request a part, please use our Find My Part form for fast assistance.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change without notice. Full payment must be received before dispatch of goods.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch parts promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on the size and type of item. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for full details.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors.
5. Returns & Refunds
Replacement goods, refunds or re-credits will be issued within 30 days.
All goods returned to us must be adequately packaged and returned to Returns Dept, Used Ford Spares, Unit 2 Montrose Works, Montrose Street, Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire ST4 3PB.
If you are returning goods to us due to them being incorrect, damaged or you are unhappy with the quality we would request that you send us a photo of the part via email to sales@fordspares.co.uk to show the damage or area of the part that you are unhappy with. We must be notified of this within 14 days from you receiving the part.
Goods supplied by us must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving the goods to qualify for a refund if they are unwanted.
The delivery cost paid when placing the order is only refundable on damaged or faulty goods.

6. Returns & Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as supplied and not fitted or used unless faulty.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Unwanted goods returned will be refunded within 30 days less a 20% re-stocking fee to cover administration charges.
7. Warranty
All parts are supplied with a 3 month warranty (excluding ebay orders) starting from the date the goods are delivered.
Warranty covers the goods only, it does not cover any labour associated costs.
If the goods supplied fail within the warranty period we will supply a replacement. If a replacement can not be supplied within 14 days then you will have the option of a full refund.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request evidence such as photos to help resolve the issue quickly.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund.
9. Used Parts Disclaimer
All parts supplied are used unless stated otherwise. As such, minor wear and tear should be expected. We ensure all parts are checked before dispatch.
10. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the part ordered is correct and compatible with their vehicle. If unsure, please contact us or use our Find My Part service.
11. Liability
Used Ford Spares Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
